By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the st12 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Continued use of the st12 platform after any changes to these Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. st12 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
This platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required under Malaysian law.
2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the st12 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. st12 reserves the right to request identity verification or supporting documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether carried out by yourself or by any other party who gains access with or without your authorisation.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify st12 immediately via the support email.
- Users are prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring account ownership, or granting account access to any third party.
St12 uses SSL encryption and two-factor authentication to protect user data. However, the security of passwords and login credentials remains solely the user's responsibility.
3Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the st12 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without st12's written consent.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt any systems, servers, or networks associated with the st12 platform.
- Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to exploit any bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Registering an account using a false identity or inaccurate information.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances associated with unauthorised activity, and appropriate legal action.
4Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the st12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made through legitimate payment methods and from lawful sources.
Deposits can be made via GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online banking (FPX). Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. st12 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. Users must ensure that their bank account name matches the name on their st12 account profile. st12 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal for security purposes.
St12 reserves the right to hold, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the relevant balance may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions as specified at the time the offer is published. Bonuses cannot be cashed out unless the applicable rollover requirements have been fully met.
5Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Liability Limits
St12 is not liable for any loss, damage, or service disruption arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to technical failures, server outages, natural disasters, or actions by regulatory authorities. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
St12 bears no liability for betting outcomes or any losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform. Users place bets at their own risk and are fully responsible for all financial decisions made.
Account Suspension & Closure
St12 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Users who violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Activities suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
- Users who provide false information during registration or the verification process.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified under the platform's policy.
6Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the st12 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and other visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of st12 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from st12.
Third-Party Links
The st12 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. st12 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
St12 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to online platforms operating for users in Malaysia.
